Prof. Hongtao Cao’s group is within the Division of Functional Materials and Nano Devices, led by Prof. Dr. Xiaoqing Pan. The members of Cao’s group are committed in fundamental research focusing on exploring and understanding thin films and low dimensional nano-structured materials of wide band gap oxide semiconductors&dielectrics, constructing oxide heterostructure or homo-structure, developing new applications for transparent electronic, smart electrochromic, and prospective optoelectronic devices. Cao’s group research also includes fundamental investigations on compound oxide properties and related processing and multifunctional material integration issues. |
