Seebeck Coefficient / Electric Resistance Measuring System
Thermal power generation is a method of generating power based on the thermoelectric effect which was discovered by J. T. Seebeck, German physicist in 1821. In the face of recent global warming caused by carbon dioxide and depletion of fossil fuels, thermoelectric conversion devices are attracting attention because of its effective utilization of waste heat energies. To meet these pressing requirements, ZEM-3 is developed by ULVAC-Riko for these materials and devices.

Milli-Q Academic A10 bench-integrated ultrapure water system
Water is the most commonly used solvent in laboratories and constitutes often more than 99% of the mass of solutions used in experimentations. The quality of water used in the lab is therefore critical for the success of the tests performed. Water quality will depend on the proper selection, design and efficiency of the technologies used to purify water and on the accuracy and the sensitivity instruments used to monitor water contaminants levels. A10 can produce18.2 MΩ·cm ultrapure water quality with maximum flow rate of 1.5 L/min.
